What You'll Do
You will be primarily responsible for creating strategy and initiatives working tightly with Cisco ANZ sales and functional teams.

Who You'll Work With
The APJ SPO team is responsible for business intelligence, growth identification, market and sales strategy, planning, field enablement and sales operations, with a scope of $3.5B in revenues. The team drives initiatives from conception to execution, fostering alignment across theatres, segments and functions, seeking excellence and consistency in management practices with the ultimate goal of accelerating Cisco's growth in APJ. You need to be self-motivated with a strong focus on delivery. You will also need to be capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently. Ability to influence senior executives through strength of ideas, personality and data-driven metrics is at the core of this role. Being results-oriented and showing initiative with a visible track record of accomplishment will ensure success in the role. A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field backed by a MBA from top school is desired with a strong interest and passion for technology or technology background.
Who You Are
Considering the criticality of the role, we would prefer some experience at a management consultancy (i.e., McK, BCG, Booz, ADL, Bain) Additionally, you are a person with - software, ecommerce, web-scale industry experience - knowledge of and experience in Enterprise, Channels, Commercial/Mid-Market - strong analytical skills and finance skills - excellent written, verbal communication, listening and presentation skills - ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to people at all levels of the organization.
