This position is accountable for the IBMS Proposals . This includes the activities of designing of BMS system and development of technical compliant and competitive solution for BMS clients.
The professional will take charge of proposals of complete solution (IBMS) for integrated security /BMS. The person will drive proposal & solution of BMS by interacting with influencers like Project Managers, Architects, planners and end users.

Responsibilities
The responsibility includes establishing, nurturing and growing business across all the verticals for integrated security solution.
· Achieving organization goal/business plans by preparing the proposal plans
· Create/Implement strategy to engage with key influencers.
· To drive continuous improvement in every process, quality systems, operating excellence and product technology.
· Making technical presentations, demonstrating and negotiating contract terms and conditions
· Preparing the winning techno-commercial proposal for prospective buyers.
· Use the developed standards and procedures in creating high quality bids.
· Assist in maintaining vendor relationship and in making new ones.
· Negotiate prices and discount schedules with vendors.
· Ensure confidentiality and following protocol for securing information related to all vendors' pricing, project leads and bids.
· Organizing and participating in project proposals & establishing pricing of bids
· Support project manager in project handover during kickoff meeting if needed.
 Qualifications
Engineering graduate with experience of 2-3 years of proposal experience in integrated BMS solutions
